Protection and safety

You are not alone

People move through daily life, so real-world coverage grows and the chance that someone may spot the pet also increases.

People near you are part of the net

You’re not searching alone: eyes on alleys, streets, and parks near you are wired into the same local layer.

Radius-first, posts don’t drift

Shown by area and distance — closer people see it first.

Exact location hidden

Protects pets and owners.

Safe contact through SavePet

Reduces scam and unsafe behavior risk.

User data protection

Personal data isn’t shared outside the platform.

Our Roadmap

Local community, long-term safety

We grow density in each area first.

2025

Beta Launch

Focus on Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang: radius-based signals so the more people near you join, the more the network matters.

2026

Breakthrough

Transitioning from preventing lost pets to stopping pet theft. Alongside this, we’ll release free solutions for pet care, identification, and protection — bringing a fresh perspective to pet ownership in Vietnam.

2027

A Complete Pet Ecosystem

SavePet evolves into a full ecosystem for pet safety and care. Beyond search and protection, the platform integrates health records, ID tags, adoption programs, and intercity collaboration — building Vietnam’s first nationwide protection network for cats and dogs.

Frequently Asked Questions

We get these questions all the time

1. How does SavePet work?

Expand question

SavePet builds an area-based coverage network. Lost-pet posts are shown to users in that area. The goal is to increase the chance that a lost pet is noticed naturally — not an active search service.

2. What role does each user play?

Expand question

You expand coverage around where you live. When you see a lost pet, open the app and report — every neighbor you invite makes your local protection zone denser.

3. Do I need to open the app often?

Expand question

No. You don't need to open the app or monitor constantly. The system works through network presence — when you spot a lost pet and report it, the information gets connected.

4. Is SavePet a lost-pet search service?

Expand question

No. SavePet doesn’t search on your behalf. It connects area information and prioritizes by distance — often reaching the right people nearby better than scattered social posts, but there’s no fixed outcome for every case.

5. Why does more participation make it more effective?

Expand question

Wider coverage means a higher chance that someone will notice a lost pet in daily life. The network works because of how many people are present, not because each person is actively searching.

6. What if I see a pet I don't recognize?

Expand question

You can open the app, take a photo, pick the location, and send a "spotted lost pet" report. It's optional — only when it's convenient and you want to help the owner with information.

7. Is location information safe?

Expand question

Yes. Exact location is hidden; only area and distance are shown. Contact through SavePet helps reduce scam risk. Personal data is not shared outside the platform.
